These 15 meals were copied from the Colorado Department of Corrections monthly meal plan and recreated to be eaten from the parking lot prior to teaching a class inside the facility.

The meals visualize the limits that are placed on all nexus points between the world outside of prison and the worlds within. These meals are a ritual, fueled by shared nutrients and proteins, in sync with rhythms beyond my control, moving towards a future that cannot be seen but is deeply felt.
